For the Landlord

LeasewithEase Ltd. will take care of your property, ensuring that your financial investment is appropriately managed on your behalf.
As your appointed Management Agent we will:  
  • Advertise the property (including details) on our web site
  • Contact potential Tenants seeking your type of property
  • Advise you of the properties rental value
  • Advise on rental terms and legislation
  • Consider the suitability of potential tenants (verify all references as appropriate)
  • Obtain photo/video and written inventory of property/contents prior to letting
  • Provide a Tenancy Agreement in accordance with current legislation
  • Provide a rent collection service
  • Provide a scheduled transfer of rental funds due to you
  • Provide you with a periodic statement of account
  • Monitor the property on an ongoing basis and prior to termination of the let
  • Guide you through Landlord and Tenancy Regulations and ensure current Safety Legislation is met
  • Provide information on Insurance requirements and Tax obligations associated with letting
  • As an option, arrange for any emergency or essential maintenance to be carried out by our approved maintenance contractors during the period of let.
  • As an option, arrange for full cleaning services at end of let

Administration charge - for costs incurred during management start-up of the lease is £ 175 (NOTE: this is only taken after first rental payment is received)
 
Monthly management charge is 12% - 15% of the monthly let value (dependent on services required). This would be established and agreed at our initial meeting
